Soi 39 – Anniversary shirt

Soi 39 is one of Mannheim´s best restaurants and this year it’s their 5th anniversary. Eating and drinking in Thailand is an expression of conviviality. People like to meet up at one of the numerous food stalls that are part of the everyday street scene. According to the motto Sharing is Caring, you can enjoy the sense of community while eating and sharing authentic Thai dishes. Especially if you combine several dishes in a group, you will experience the diversity of Thai cuisine. And all in a characteristic, informal atmosphere – just like at home. In their family-run restaurant, all dishes are prepared according to their mother’s recipes. She is still in the kitchen today and ensures that the fresh ingredients, spices and flavors are prepared in a refined and loving way.

I was honored to create a shirt design for one of my favorite restaurants Soi 39.
It is not only a place that offers delicious Thai food and exquisite interior design by Mirelle Salomon but it also has a bowling alley (Kegelbahn in German) in its basement.
Obviously I am a passionate bowler myself and already had fun times playing at Soi 39´s bowling alley. So I came up with the design for a Soi 39 bowling team. So, who’s in?
